Policy Review and Development

Policies are a key component of managing professional conduct. Written guidance founded on ethical standards can help law enforcement agencies elevate victim response efforts and the incorporation of victim services. Effective policies establish clear expectations: 1) of victim services personnel, 2) for collaboration with victim services personnel, and 3) for the inclusion of the role of victim services personnel when engaging in agency practices that affect victims and co-victims.

$99 / hour

Hourly rate includes policy review with recommended revisions or policy development. Group pricing may be available for requests that include multiple policies.

Victim Services Unit - Assessment and Evaluation

Optimal performance of Victim Services Units rests on objective assessment and evaluation. Assessment relies on information about agency personnel and practices, focusing on 1) the need for and structure of victim services, and 2) factors affecting responses, service delivery, and experiences of those served. Evaluation involves interpreting information to identify strengths and gaps and provide recommendations for enhanced efforts.

VSU - Assessment and Evaluation

Assessment and Evaluation packages include logistics coordination, virtual personnel interviews, document review, final report, and virtual agency briefing.

Level I Package - $5,999

     - includes up to 10 personnel interviews

     - includes up to 10 documents for review

Level II Package - $11,999
